Wednesday night's episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 903,000 viewers on TBS, down 2.2 percent from last week. It's still the second-largest audience total for the show since March 22.

In the 18-49 demo, Dynamite finished fourth on the cable charts with a 0.33 rating. That's up 13.8 percent from last week and ties the second-best rating the show has drawn so far in 2023.

The increased rating in 18-49 came despite the fact the show went head-to-head with game three of the NBA Finals, which averaged 11.2 million viewers on ABC with a 3.43 rating in 18-49. It also went against part three of the Vanderpump Rules reunion on Bravo, which topped the cable charts with a 0.87 rating in 18-49 and averaged nearly two million viewers overall.

Dynamite's ratings were up from last week in most demos, but a 14.3 percent decline with people over 50 was the main reason that the overall viewership for the show was down. The biggest increase came with women 18-49, which were up 57.1 percent.

As compared to the same week in 2022, Dynamite's overall viewership was down 3.8 percent while its 18-49 demo rating was down 2.9 percent.
