Following multiple failed attempts to pass a Pre-Trial Diversion that would have cleared the charges from her record, Hall was allowed to plead No Contest to a reduced charge of Reckless Driving Due To Alcohol, and received probation for up to six months. Hall was also given the choice of completing an additional 46 hours of community service or paying an additional $460 in fines. Hall opted to pay the additional money, which has effectively ended her imposed probation.

Hall was ordered to attend two county-approved DUI school classes in the next three months and was allowed twelve months to pay additional costs or fines that the hearing on Monday added to her plate. She was also given permission by the court to travel out-of-town for work, so she is expected to attend her advertised appearances at WrestleCon, Warriors of Wrestling and the Shenanigans party in New Orleans this week.
