Report: WWE Changes Plans For Daniel Bryan's Fastlane Opponent

It looks like Kofi Kingston’s momentum will continue into the WWE Fastlane 2019 pay-per-view.

As noted, at tonight’s SmackDown Live show, WWE will announce Daniel Bryan’s opponent for his WWE Championship match at the upcoming March PPV.

According to F4WOnline.com, Kingston is the front-runner to be announced as Bryan’s opponent at tonight’s WWE TV taping at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The report claims that as of Monday morning, WWE had plans in place for the Fastlane and WrestleMania 35 PPVs, which did not involve Kofi Kingston. At some point between now and then, WWE appears to have changed their plans to factor in Kingston at least for the Fastlane show.
