Listen to SCSU Wrestling Matches at Augie/SMSU

The #1 ranked St. Cloud State University wrestling team (15-0, 2-0 NSIC) will be on the road this weekend for NSIC dual matches at Augustana and Southwest Minnesota State.

On Jan. 25, the Huskies will battle #19 Augustana College in Sioux Falls. The match is slated to start at 7 p.m. SCSU will complete the weekend on Jan. 26 with a dual match in Canby, Minn. against Southwest Minnesota State. The match against the Mustangs will begin at 5 p.m. and it will be held at Canby High School.

SCSU currently owns a 41-match win streak and is led by several nationally ranked wrestlers this season. Senior Andy Pokorny is ranked #1 at 133-pounds, while SCSU seniors Shamus O’Grady (184 pounds) and Jake Kahnke (285 pounds) are both ranked second nationally. At 157-pounds, Clint Poster is ranked eighth in the nation and Eric Forde is ranked seventh in the nation at 125-pounds.
