Mauro Comments on JBL, Former Diva Robbed, WWE Signing YouTuber?
One of the more unexpected announcements of the year came this week when John “Bradshaw” Layfield confirmed that he will be stepping down as an announcer on Smackdown. He explained that he is going to be continuing his relationship with WWE, but he will not be a full time commentator due to his interests in helping out Bermuda. As a result of the announcement, multiple wrestlers in the business have sent out messages relating to JBL’s recent decision. Even NXT announcer Mauro Ranallo slyly commented on the issue. Earlier this year, JBL was accused of bullying Ranallo. Mauro even announced his intent to leave WWE before re-signing with the company as an announcer for NXT.
After much consideration, I will be stepping back my weekly role as Smackdown Announcer to dedicate more (cont) https://t.co/An7zuYRFmV

Barbie Blank, perhaps better known as Kelly Kelly during her time on WWE television, was recently robbed. Blank previously worked as a WWE Diva and is currently starring in the E! reality series W.A.G.S., but she revealed that her belongings in a Public Storage facility in El Segundo, California were taken. She claims that $50,000 worth of items were stolen from her, including purses and jewelry. Blank also claims that there are no security cameras at the storage facility, and that it “apparently happens all the time.” Blank has been backstage at WWE shows this year, and she has also been appearing on shows such as Table for 3 as of late.
Attention guys my stuff got stolen inside of my storage unit @PublicStorage in el segundo, ca they stole purses and jewelry

— Barbie Blank (@TheBarbieBlank) September 2, 2017

WWE signs multiple personalities from all backgrounds. Whether it’s independent wrestlers, former NFL stars, bodybuilders, models, actors, media personalities, or former MMA fighters, it seems as if WWE welcomes just about anybody to one of their tryouts. The company recently teased the signing of a YouTuber by the name of Inanna Sarkis. Sarkis is a 24-year-old Canadian actress with over one million subscribers on YouTube. WWE and Inanna both uploaded photos of the internet star in the ring at the WWE Performance Center. The captions left were very cryptic, but they could indicate that she may be signing with the company in some capacity soon.
COMING SOON to a ring near you… @inanna #NORTH
