Adam Rose arrested late last night for domestic battery

Ray Leppan, better known as Adam Rose, was arrested late last night at 1:30 a.m. EST in Lutz, Fla.  He was charged with tampering with a witness and domestic battery.

The news was first reported by PWInsider.com which also reported that he was released from custody at 11:08 a.m. this morning.

He is currently serving a 60 day suspension from WWE for a wellness test violation, the second of his WWE tenure.

WWE released the following statement: “WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Raymond Leppan has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest.”

He had been in the news in recent weeks for posting that he was suspended unjustly, later claiming it was for Adderall, and posted a doctor’s note saying it had been prescribed to him for ADHD last April.  He took the post down and then put it back up, and later said that he didn’t know what his future would be with the company.
