HOUSTON, TX –A 49-year-old man allegedly groped a woman aboard a flight from Houston to Albuquerque Sunday and justified his behavior because the president of the United States “says it’s OK to grab women by their private parts,” according to U.S. District Court documents. Bruce Michael Alexander, of Tampa, has been charged with abusive sexual contact stemming from the incident aboard the Southwest Airlines flight involving a victim called C.W. in court documents.

“According to C.W., while a passenger on flight 5421, she felt a hand from behind her grab the right-side of her breast,” documents with the U.S. District Court in Albuquerque, New Mexico, state. “C.W. fell asleep after boarding the aircraft and approximately 15 to 20 minutes into the flight, felt a movement of the right side of her sweater. She felt her clothes move and a touching of fingers on her right side at and around her ‘bra line.'”

ARRESTED: Texas Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Woman On Plane

Alexander had not been drinking and had not taken any sleep aids, court documents state. Alexander allegedly made the comment regarding Trump after he was arrested and in a law enforcement vehicle.

Alexander was referencing the now infamous comments Trump made on camera in 2005 while talking to TV personality Billy Bush of “Access Hollywood” on the set of “Days of Our Lives.” The following transcript, which includes obscene language, of the clip was published by the New York Times.

Trump: Yeah, that’s her. With the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know, I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.

Bush: Whatever you want.

Trump: Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything.

Bush: Uh, yeah, those legs, all I can see is the legs.

Trump: Oh, it looks good.

Bush: Come on shorty.
