Bolingbrook High Principal Faces DUI Charge
ELMHURST, IL – Bolingbrook High School Principal Jason Pascavage was arrested Tuesday in Elmhurst on a DUI charge.
Pascavage, 46, who lives in unincorporated Elmhurst, was stopped about 1 a.m. at York and Harvard streets, police said.
Pascavage, who became principal in 2016, did not return messages for comment. Valley View School District 365’s top human resources official referred Patch to the public relations department, which had no comment.

Besides DUI, Pascavage was charged with improper lane usage, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and driving with expired license plates, police said.
He was taken to the police station and then released. Police said his white Ford F-150 pickup truck was towed away.

About 3,300 students are enrolled at Bolingbrook High, according to the Illinois Report Card website. Last year, Pascavage’s salary was $214,000.
Before becoming the high school’s principal, Pascavage, who holds a doctorate, was the principal at Jane Addams Middle School for three years.
Patch has filed a public records request for the police report.
