While waiting for his Uber, he tried to start fights with those leaving the bar, according to the report. He even asked two officers to take off their bulletproof vests, implying he wanted to fight them, police said.
Told to leave, the man was quoted as asking the officers, “What did I do?”
Officers said they told the man several times that he would be cited for trespassing if he did not leave.
The Uber arrived, but the man refused to get into it. He stated he would stay at Q Bar, police said.
He was then charged and taken to the police station.
At the police station, the man refused to be fingerprinted, police said. He was released from booking and ordered an Uber home.
