Cristiano Ronaldo's Recent Outburst May Have Burnt Bridges With Manchester United
Cristiano Ronaldo may have burnt his bridges with Manchester United after his outburst against the club and his future is uncertain ahead of the FIFA World Cup, as per AFP.
Ronaldo told Piers Morgan’s show on TalkTV he felt “betrayed” and has no respect for new manager Erik ten Hag.
He also slammed the club’s US owners, the Glazer family and accused them of caring more about money than results.
The 37-year-old forward was not shy to take shots at former teammates Gary Neville and Wayne Rooney either. Ronaldo said “they are not my friends” after recently being criticised by them.
Manchester will consider a response “after the full facts have been established”.
But now it appears virtually impossible to imagine how Ronaldo can come back to Old Trafford.

ESPN reported that Ten Hag does not want Ronaldo to play for United again and has made this clear to the bosses.
