Sami Zayn Matches Christmas Day Donations to Syria Campaign, Seth Rollins Comments on Winning Tag Team Gold
WWE Superstar Sami Zayn announced via Twitter that fans raised more than $5,000 on Christmas Day alone for his campaign “Sami For Syria”. The former NXT Champion has pledged to personally match donations with $5,000 of his own money, all of which will go to the SAMS Foundation which earlier this year opened a mobile medical clinic in the war-torn country because of money raised by Sami Zayn.
You guys did it! You raised 5k over the course of Christmas Day for #SamiForSyria, which I will match, dollar for dollar.
That is 10k in ONE DAY to help provide medical aid to those stuck in Syria!
We are not powerless.

Rollins Wins Gold on Christmas
As seen on a special Christmas Day edition of WWE Raw this week, Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan became the new Raw Tag Team Champions with a surprise victory over Cesaro and Sheamus.
This is actually Rollins’ third reign as tag team champion, with three different partners. He previously won the gold with both Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose at different points in The Shield’s original run on television. As for Jason Jordan, the former “American Alpha” member became the first man to win the NXT, Raw and Smackdown Tag Team Championships.
First time I’ve ever wrestled on Christmas. Considering making this a tradition. pic.twitter.com/56YSIh83Ep
