Kenny Omega Labels Cody Rhodes ‘An Evil Project of A WWE Reject’

The war between Bullet Club members Kenny Omega and Cody Rhodes continued during last night’s NJPW and ROH Honor Rising Night Two event, during which Omega faced off in the main event in a tag team match alongside Kota Ibushi against Marty Scurll and Cody Rhodes. The Golden Lovers were victorious in the match, hitting the Golden V-Trigger to pick up the win.

As we noted after Honor Rising Night One, Cody attacked Omega following their main event tag match and declared “Bullet Club is fine…Bullet Club is mine.” The taunting of Omega continued last night as Cody donned a “leader” t-shirt throughout the main event match, sending a clear signal to Omega who is in charge of the Bullet Club.

During the post-match press conference, Omega addressed Cody’s recent actions and exclaimed: “this sounds like the project of an evil WWE reject, that’s what this sounds like”.
