C&U Group won the patent for special-shaped roller one-way bearings, simplifying the installation process and improving production efficiency

The latest news on July 28, 2024 shows that C&U Group has successfully obtained a patent called "Special Roller One-way Bearing", with the authorization announcement number CN221401357U and the application date of December 2023.

The patent introduces an improved special roller one-way bearing, whose main structure includes an outer ring and an inner ring, and a sealed space is formed between the two rings. A one-way component is installed in the sealed space, which consists of a reset member and a plurality of stops. Each stop member is designed with a gradually thickening arc surface at both ends, and the reset member adopts an integrated molding design. All stops are sleeved inside the reset member. The one-way component has two operating modes: rotation mode and locking mode. In the locking mode, the thicker end of the stop member abuts against the outer ring and the inner ring; and in the process of switching from the locking mode to the rotation mode, the interaction between the reset member and the stop member causes the thinner end of the stop member to abut against the outer ring and the inner ring.

The key innovation of this patent is that by integrating multiple stoppers into an integrally molded reset part, the assembly complexity of such one-way bearings is effectively reduced, thereby improving production efficiency.
