Tirade Over Tire At Glastonbury Auto Shop Leads To Criminal Charges
GLASTONBURY, CT — A 29-year-old East Hartford man is accused of punching an employee of a Glastonbury auto care center and is facing a pair of criminal charges as a result, police said.
On March 12, Glastonbury police arrested the man via a warrant for a disturbance at the local Monroe Auto Service and Tire Center last month.
Investigation determined the man punched and threatened a store employee shortly after he arrived in the store lobby because he needed a tire, according to an arrest report.

The man was charged with second-degree breach of peace involving an assault and second-degree threatening.
