Sonam started playing in 2015 at District Cricket Academy Firozabad under Ravi Yadav.
“Before joining the academy, she used to play in the field. A natural player, more than praises for her acute bowling, she had to face taunts and comments for being a girl playing cricket,” Sonam’s brother Aman told TOI.
