West Ham flop Haller wanted by Inter after stunning career turnaround at Ajax but £35m transfer fee could scupper deal
WEST HAM flop Sebastien Haller is reportedly wanted by Italian champions Inter Milan after turning his career around at Ajax.
Haller has scored 45 goals and notched 16 assists in 57 games for the Dutch champions.
The Ivory Coast international has turned his career around after his £45million disaster in East London.
He managed to net 14 times in 54 appearances for the Hammers and was swiftly shipped off to Ajax at the start of last year.
But his return to form at the Amsterdam-based club has impressed Serie A champions Inter, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter directors have met Haller’s agents but the fee Ajax are commanding could scupper the deal.

Ajax are looking to make a profit on Haller by asking Inter to purchase their striker for £35m.
But the Nerazzurri at this point in time are unwilling to meet it.
On his failed West Ham career, Haller said: "I was just unlucky with a coach (David Moyes) who had a different idea.
"My style of play just didn’t fit (Moyes’) system. Accordingly, I was aware that I had no prospects and would therefore hardly be used.
