Kurt Angle & Shane McMahon Match Rumored for WWE Survivor Series
Following a brutal invasion of the Smackdown roster on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, chances are high that both Kurt Angle and Shane McMahon will compete at the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view.
It was recently announced that with the theme of Survivor Series being “Smackdown vs. Raw”, every champion from both brands will be in action against one another in four battles for brand supremacy. There will also be two traditional Survivor Series elimination matches, one for the men and one for the women.
There has been a lot of talk about adding Shane McMahon vs. Kurt Angle to the match card, in a bout between the Smackdown commissioner and the Raw general manager. Angle recently came out of retirement to replace a sick Roman Reigns in the main event of WWE TLC, taking place in a ridiculously chaotic 5-on-3 handicap TLC match. Another idea being talked about, which could protect the Hall of Fame star a bit more, is having Shane and Angle captain their respective men’s Survivor Series teams.
