Major Update on the WWE Status of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn

As noted, both Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were sent home from the current WWE overseas tour after a creative incident took place at this week’s WWE Smackdown tapings.

Despite being sent home from the tour, PWInsider.com is reporting both Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are scheduled to be at this Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live tapings.

For those unaware, Owens and Zayn did not finish their segment on WWE Smackdown this week as planned, something that reportedly “infuriated” Vince McMahon and resulted in the two talents being removed from the rest of the WWE tour and sent home. It’s worth noting that on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, which you can listen to via F4WOnline.com, host Bryan Alvarez addressed an erroneous report making the rounds regarding the current Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn situation.

The report claimed there was some kind of incident which recently took place on a tour bus, during which Kevin Owens was overheard complaining loudly. According to Alvarez, the report is untrue, and the reason Owens and Zayn were sent home was specifically the creative incident which took place following their segment on WWE Smackdown in Manchester this week.
