Jessamyn Duke On Four Horsewomen: “We Don’t Just Throw The ‘4’s’ When It’s Convenient”

Former-MMA Fighter Jessamyn Duke took to Instagram to share the first photo of herself, Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir & WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey. The photo, from 2013, was meant as a message from MMA’s Four Horsewomen to WWE’s Four HorseSasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, Bayley, & Becky Lynch. Duke said the Horsewomen weren’t “a gimmick.”

This picture was taken in November 2013. It’s our first #4horsewomen photo, but we had been friends, training partners, and roommates for a while before that. This isn’t a gimmick. This isn’t a marketing ploy. We don’t just throw the 4’s when it’s convenient. This is for life. To us, this means loyalty and friendship through good times and bad. Through the highs and the lows.
