Former ECW Star Retires, Dawn Marie/Jackie Gayda, WrestleMania XXIV

– Former ECW star CW Anderson has announced that he is no longer accepting independent bookings and is retiring from professional wrestling. Anderson said that he hasn’t wrestled in two months and it is time to focus on family and move on.

– WrestleMania XXIV is already the highest grossing event in the history of the Citrus Bowl. As Daniel reported yesterday, it is believed that the event has sold close to 50,000 tickets. The venue can hold 65,000-70,000 fans depending on whether or not WWE opts to bring in bleachers for the show.

– Both Dawn Marie and Jackie Gayda celebrated birthdays over the weekend. Marie turned 37 years old while Gayda turned 26.
