Lawyer Says Jimmy Snuka Only Has 6 Months To Live

Jimmy Snuka’s murder charges were revisited in court on Friday to determine whether they should be dismissed due to Snuka being found incompetent to stand trial.

No ruling way made today, but during the hearing Snuka’s lawyer revealed that the WWE Hall of Famer has six months to live. According to the Allentown Morning Call, Snuka’s lawyer said that he’s currently in hospice care. Snuka’s lawyer said that his client was too sick to travel to the hearing, so he testified on a live Facebook video chat. The judge requested copies of Snuka’s latest medical records before proceeding.

Snuka’s lawyer cited his client as having incidents where he would try to leave the hospice facility he’s in because he thinks he’s late for a wrestling show. The prosecution argued that Snuka is faking it to avoid the murder charges, which allege he killed his girlfriend in 1983.
