Impact Wrestling announces Bound for Glory for October
Impact Wrestling’s next pay-per-view is just over three months away.
During tonight’s Slammiversary broadcast, Impact announced that its next PPV will be Bound for Glory 2020. The show is taking place on Saturday, October 24.
This will be the second straight Impact PPV to be held on a Saturday.
No location for Bound for Glory was mentioned. Slammiversary took place in Nashville, Tennessee tonight with no fans in attendance.
Following Hard to Kill and Slammiversary, Bound for Glory will be Impact’s third PPV of 2020. April’s Rebellion event was originally supposed to be the promotion’s third PPV of the year, but it was changed to a two-week television show after plans for it had to be altered due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bound for Glory has taken place annually since 2005. Last year’s Bound for Glory was held at the Odeum Expo Center in Villa Park, Illinois and was headlined by then-champion Brian Cage defeating Sami Callihan in a no disqualification match to retain the Impact World title.
