Potential matchups between ranked wrestlers include No. 2 Spencer Lee vs No. 6 Sean Russell at 125 pounds, No. 10 Austin DeSanto vs. No. 7 Ethan Lizak at 133 pounds, No. 15 Max Murin vs. No. 6 Mitch McKee at 141 pounds, No. 12 Pat Lugo vs. No. 20 Tommy Thorn at 149 pounds, and No. 5 Kaleb Young vs. No. 9 Steve Bleise.
