Enclosed is the flyer describing the 22nd Edition of NER’s Annual Calendar, “the event bible” for thousands of athletes throughout New England & New York.
Embraced by Event Directors and Customers alike, the Annual Calendar has become the runner’s mainstay over the past two decades, immensely popular as a compendium of quality events for the calendar year.
As in the past, it will be mailed to our subscribers (who run an average of 21 races per year) and be distributed at innumerable race events as a free-standing piece (90,000 circulation), as well as to every running store, running center and YMCA/YWCA in New England and New York. You will want your event listed!
A listing in the Annual Calendar also includes:
*Race listed on our web site (www.nerunner.com) posted in February/March when the Annual Calendar is available, including all the information on your event, provided on the questionnaire.
*Race listed in the appropriate issue of New England Runner Magazine (published bi-monthly)
*Free link to your web site
*25copies of the Annual Calendar for your organization to distribute.
* Distribution of your event application at the numerous events we attend throughout the year.
Just fill out the enclosed questionnaire and mail it back to us by either December 31, 2009 to receive the pre-entry fee of $80 (payment must accompany questionnaire) or January 20, 2010 for the post entry fee of $90. TAKE NOTICE!! There is reduced pricing for single organizations (running clubs, charities, etc.) listing multiple events! All entries received after December 31, 2009 will be charged the post entry fee of $90.
