Six 2013 Muzaffarnagar Riots Accused Repeatedly Failed To Surrender, Court Attaches Properties

A local court has attached properties of six men who have been accused of stabbing to death a Muslim youth Shahnawaz, on August 27, 2013, in Kawal village in of UP’s Muzaffarnagar after they ignored multiple warrants of the court to surrender and face trial.

The men identified as Ravinder, Prahlad, Bishan Singh, Tendu, Devender and Jitender had been evading the court for years now, prompting the judges to attach their properties.
