Krahn Chemie and Mitsubishi Chemical sign distribution agreement

Krahn Chemie Benelux, distributor of speciality chemicals, is launching a new collaboration with Mitsubishi Chemical Europe (MCE) to expand its portfolio. As part of the agreement, Krahn Chemie Benelux will distribute a selection of high-quality products from MCE.

The agreement includes Benebiol, a biomass-based polycarbonate diol, and BioPTMG, a polyol produced from bio-raw materials. Both products are used for various polyurethane applications such as adhesives, coatings, TPUs, sealants, elastomers and fibres. Typical applications include artificial leather, consumer goods/electronics, automotive, apparel, high-end fashion, functional textiles and industry.
