Back on October 29, at 7:24 p.m., the officers responded to a house in the 600 block of Kiep Avenue for a report of people inside of a vacant home. The officers met with the owner of the property and learned that after coming to check on the residence, which was supposed to be vacant, the owner discovered Henderson, Ulmer, and Bahlmann inside of the home.

All three fled the residence as the owner called police. The owner did not know these three people and they did not have permission to be in the home. Henderson, Ulmer, and Bahlmann were later located by the officers a short distance down the street and were placed into custody without incident.

Officers determined that Bahlmann held an active Grundy County warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous trespassing charge and Henderson held an active Will County warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous domestic battery charge.
