Raw Ratings: Raw Reunion draws highest rating of 2019, key metrics on hourly trends and previous time Raw drew bigger rating

The “Raw Reunion” special episode of WWE Monday Night Raw on USA Network last night (July 22) drew a 2.12 rating among live and same-night-DVR viewers, up from the previous week’s rating of 1.74. That’s the top rating of the year, beaitng the post-WrestleMania episode which drew a 2.02. The last time Raw drew a better rating was Aug. 20, 2018, which drew a 2.13 rating.

Fifteen out of sixteen episodes of Raw from Jan. 5 to Apr. 30 last year drew a higher rating than last night’s show.

The viewership was largely steady for each hour of Raw – 3.019 million viewers, 3.178 million viewers, and 3.083 million viewers. The third hour drew 64,000 more viewers than the first hour, a reversal of the typical drop-off, which has averaged 324,000 averaged in 2019.

One year ago, Raw drew a 1.92 rating this week. Two years ago, Raw drew a 2.02 rating.

Raw dominated cable ratings on Monday night with 1.2, 1.1, and 1.1 ratings for the three hours, with all three hours drawing more than 3 million viewers. Only “Hannity” on Fox News also drew more than three million viewers, although it drew a mere 0.2 rating in that key demo. “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” drew a 0.8 rating to finish behind Raw with the no. 4 slot in the 18-49 demo on Monday night.
