Bron Breakker challenges Seth Rollins to defend World title in WWE NXT

Bron Breakker made it clear he wants a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship.

The final segment on NXT Tuesday had Breakker explaining why he attacked Ilja Dragunov earlier in the show. The topic eventually shifted towards Rollins, with Breakker mentioning that Rollins was the first NXT Champion. The show ended with Breakker challenging Rollins to come to NXT and put the World Heavyweight title on the line against him.

Rollins won the World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions last month, defeating AJ Styles in a tournament final. Since then, he has gone on to say he will defend the title as often as he can. His first championship match was on Raw this past Monday, where he retained the title against Damian Priest.

Breakker had last been seen at NXT Battleground last month, losing a rematch to Carmelo Hayes for the NXT Championship. On Tuesday’s show, he attacked Dragunov backstage after Dragunov had challenged Baron Corbin to a match.
