This Week’s WWE Smackdown Viewership Rises Following Raw’s Historic Low

This week’s WWE Smackdown viewership drew a historically low number, as the Extreme Rules go-home show averaged 2.47 million viewers, down a little over 11% from last week’s show. This week’s Raw was the lowest watched episode of Monday Night Raw in the 25-year history of the show.

Despite the low number for Raw Monday night, WWE Smackdown Live this week was able to increase from last week, as this week’s show took in 2.183 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.013 million viewers.

This week’s show featured the in-ring return of Shinsuke Nakamura and a main event of The Artist facing his WrestleMania opponent and WWE Champion AJ Styles.

This week’s WWE Smackdown ranked #7 in overall cable television viewership.
