Charlotte Flair Confirmed For Women’s Royal Rumble Match
Charlotte Flair is heading to the Royal Rumble!
The 8-time WWE title holder was officially confirmed for this year’s 30-woman, over-the-top-rope classic on Sunday afternoon as a part of a social media-exclusive reveal event, along with several other names from both WWE RAW and Smackdown Live.
“I didn’t get to be a part of the first,” Charlotte said on Twitter, “but I’m winning the second.”
In 2018 when WWE first debuted the Women’s Royal Rumble Match, Flair was the reigning women’s champion representing the Smackdown brand and thus did not take part in the bout itself. This year, however, the self-proclaimed “Queen” has no such obligations, and will be mixing it up with 29 other Superstars, past and present, for a potential championship opportunity at WrestleMania 35.
